How much do you charge? (OUR PRICES):

As a family owned & operated business, we give free estimates; however, some services may require us to diagnose the issue before providing options of service. If this happens, our diagnostic charge is $89 and is completely waived with any service you have us complete that day. Once our plumber assesses the plumbing issue, he will give you options of services for you to decide what is best for your budget and home. Also, upon your approval, he typically can begin and complete the work right then and there.

If an Appointment Time offered does not accommodate a customer emergency and they are about to hang up:

What I would like to do is book this guaranteed time slot that I have, but also send an urgent message to our Field Supervisor to see if we can move you up sooner. We would call you back within 10 minutes, if that would be okay?

You would need to send us a message requesting our office to check and see if we can accommodate the customer sooner than the original booked appointment time.

If Caller is RENTER and Not Owner:

We appreciate your call; however, for us to book an appointment we must speak to the owner of the property for permission onto the premises and payment information. Can you please have them call us back so we can schedule service for you?

Do you service my city? Are you local? (OUR SERVICE LOCATIONS):

We are a local family-owned & operated business, servicing over five different counties in Northeast Ohio. If I can begin by asking for your address and information, I will be able to look at our calendar for the soonest available appointment for you by our local plumber.

Do not tell customer our business address, as it may confuse them as many of our counties are far away from each other

If they ask, what counties we service: Stark, Medina, Portage, Summit, Cuyahoga, Erie, Sandusky, Huron, Ottawa, and Seneca.
