“My favorite plumbing story is when I was at a 85 year old elderly lady’s house and fixed some plumbing issues she had in her house.

When I completed the repairs she asked if I would like a root beer float. We sat down and had a root beer float and talk for a couple hours. When I was about to leave she told me that I made her year because she don’t have any one to talk to.”

That moment perfectly captures who Nick is.
