1. Slow-cooked Ham With Pineapple Sauce:

Virginia is famous for its ham. You will need the following ingredients for this holiday recipe:

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice,
  • 1 cup brown sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard,
  • 20 ounces unsweetened crushed pineapple (undrained), and
  • A quarter (1/4th) teaspoon salt.

At first, place the ham in a 5-qt slow cooker. Then you will need to mix the cornstarch and lemon juice in a saucepan until it gets smooth.
